Wine and food were meant for each other.  The European tradition of
serving wine with meals was not accidental, but the result of
acknowledging the synergy of wine and food both tasting better when
served together.

What is an appropriate match or pairing?  The simple answer is one that
you enjoy.  

Clamber Hill is known both for it’s fine dining and it’s fine wines.  
Now
we are offering to match or pair the wine to the food.  We have put
together
three wonderful international gourmet menus which showcase
many fine
European wines available locally.

The dinners will be limited in size and served at our banquet table to
facilitate a discussion on the food and wine pairing.  Join us for one or
more of these wonderful explorations of the culinary world!
These dinners are ideal for individuals, couples or small groups
who love food and wine.  
A total of four guest reservations is required for the dinner.
Twelve reservations is the maximum for a night.
