| Wine and food were meant for each other. The European tradition of serving wine with meals was not accidental, but the result of acknowledging the synergy of wine and food both tasting better when served together. What is an appropriate match or pairing? The simple answer is one that you enjoy. Clamber Hill is known both for it’s fine dining and it’s fine wines. For the first time we are offering to match or pair the wine to the food. We have put together four wonderful gourmet menus which showcase many of the fine wines on our restaurant’s wine list. The dinners will be limited in size and served at our banquet table to allow for discussion on the food and wine pairing.
